A few days ago I had to call in an incident to the Trend Micro antivirus company, and today I received a request to fill out a customer service survey online. In the survey, I noted that the technician I worked with on the phone, Bill, was incredibly helpful and well-spoken. If only everyone at Trend Micro could be so articulate:

In case you can’t read it, the last sentence of the survey says “Thank’s for having time in answering some question in our customer survey.” Ouch. Just saying that out loud makes my ears bleed.
